Fall Flag Football:

We hope you're excited for the upcoming Fall 2024 Flag Football season! For those who have registered, we’ll be holding player assessments this Saturday at Stratton Woods Park. This is a great opportunity for players to showcase their skills and get ready for a fantastic season ahead.

Assessment Details:
Date: Saturday, September 7th  
Time: 9:00 AM (for all divisions)  
Location: Stratton Woods Park  
Address: Fox Mill Rd, Reston, VA 20191

During the assessments, we’ll be running players through multiple stations to evaluate different skill areas. The entire process will take about an hour. We’re also seeking parent volunteers to assist at each station, so if you’re available, your help would be greatly appreciated!

Assessment Stations:
- 40-yard Dash: Speed and acceleration
- Passing: Throwing accuracy and arm strength
- Catching: Hands and coordination
- Shuttle Run: Agility and quickness

Please ensure that players arrive on time and are ready to participate in these drills. This will help us in creating balanced teams and ensuring a competitive and fun season for all.

Divisions for Fall 2024:
-Division 1: Grades 1st - 3rd  
-Division 2: Grades 4th - 6th  
-Division 3: Boys, Grades 7th - 12th  
-Division 4:Girls, Grades 7th - 12th
